Sending a message to the alarm locator, the user can reply the below address information+map, operation is very simple, settling a matter at one go

With the function of charge automatically boot,connected the power supply.When the alarm locator exhausts 10% of electricity, the product automatically sends a text messages to remind charging.

How to use:

1.Prepare a SIM card
(Not included).

2.Starting: insert SIM card after opening the card cover according to the indicating direction, then insert the mini memory card, the product will automatically switch on the red light with shining four times, then enter standby state in 30 seconds.

3.Binding the master number: Using the mobile phone to send the text message QQQ to the alarm locator, the machine will reply a text message Set; Binding + the master number.

4.The voice contorl callback: Using the mobile phone to send the text message FFF to the alarm locator, the machine will reply a text message; [DT;voice monitoring and warning callback have been set successfully].When the sound around the alarm locator is more than 40 db, the alarm locator will automatically call the set phone number.

5.GPRS location query: Use the mobile phone to send the text message GGG to the alarm locator, the machine will reply a link of location and Google map. Open this link to appear the location map and text address instructions to get more accurate location.

6.The host state:Using a mobile phone text HHH send alarm locator number,later the machine replay to phone a message;[host all the features on or off battery capacity binding number,Signal strength,frequency starup,GPRS,etc.]

7.Restart the main machine: Using the mobile phone to send the text message III to the alarm locator, then wait for 1 min to restore normally.

8.Close function: Using the mobile phone to send the text message DDD to the alarm locator, the machine will reply a text message; [Reset; all tasks are cancelled].

9.Voice query around the product: Directly dial the card number in the alarm locator, then hear the sound around the alarm locator after a few seconds (the alarm locator doesn’t make any sound and light in the process of query)

10.Indicator: ON light will be off after it becomes light for 4 times, low battery indicator will flash quickly.

Warm Tips:

SIM card must be inserted when charging.

It may be a bit difficult for you to open the device to insert the SIM card,because the device is sturdy.

It can’t use SD Card.It just use 2G SIM Card

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
