Warm reminder: Do not touch the spray port [Do not use sharp objects to scrape, rub, poke].
Note that there is no hole in the mist outlet, do not poke it artificially. If the humidifier is used for a period of time, the mist outlet needs to be cleaned. Wet the cotton swab with white vinegar, apply it slightly to the spray mouth, and place it for 30-60 minutes. Wipe gently with a cotton swab moistened with water. [Be careful not to forcibly scrape with a hard object. The mist outlet can only be gently wiped with a cotton swab. Do not touch it in any other way to avoid damage to the atomizing sheet by improper operation.]
After cleaning the atomizing sheet, gently wipe the moisture out of the mist port with a cotton swab before turning on the spray.

Troubleshooting steps:
1. First check what water is used (if you are not using unfiltered tap water, it is recommended to replace it with unfiltered tap water).
Dear friends, it is recommended to use tap water without filtering. Because pure water, distilled water, and mineral water have no mineral content or have fewer minerals, the amount of spray generated is too small, and it is easy to condense water droplets to block the spray port. [No filtered tap water is also acceptable].

2. For the first use or unused for a long time, put the humidifier into the water and soak it for 5-10 minutes to ensure that it can absorb water and check whether the location of the mist outlet is damaged.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
